Commercial PPO and EAP Plans: 

We accept a variety of Commercial PPO and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) plans to ensure our services are accessible to you. The following insurance providers are currently accepted:

  • Aetna (PPO|POS|Choice plans)
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield | Blue Choice | Anthem
  • Cigna | Evernorth
  • ComPsych and EAPs (contracted only-referral required) 
  • United Healthcare  (LCPCs and LCSW only)
  • Meritian Health
  • Optum  (LCPCs and LCSW only)
  • UMR (LCPCs and LCSW only)
  • United Healthcare Student Resources (USHIP) (LCPCs and LCSW only)
  • TriCare 

Illinois Medicaid Plans: 

For clients with Illinois Medicaid, we accept the following plans:

  • Blue Cross Community Health Plans
  • Meridian Health Plans
  • Molina 
  • County Care
  • YouthCare
  • AmBetter
***We are not in-network with Aetna Better Health Medicaid nor Medicare plans at this time.***

Self-Pay Clients:

We offer flexible payment options for clients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket or do not have insurance coverage.

  • Sliding Scale: We provide a sliding scale fee structure based on your income to ensure affordability.
  • Self-Pay / Out-of-Pocket Therapy: Clients can opt for self-pay or out-of-pocket payment for therapy sessions.
