Zhané Hedgeman, MSW, LSW

Feeling overloaded, overstimulated, overwhelmed, stuck, or carrying more than anyone realizes?

You may be doing everything you’re supposed to do—working, showing up for others, managing responsibilities—but still feel exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’re grieving a loss, navigating relationship challenges, adjusting to a new stage of life, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next.

I work with adults ages 20–45, particularly women, young adults, and first-time therapy clients who are ready to better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Why I Became a Therapist

I became a therapist because I wanted to help reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, particularly in communities where emotional struggles are often misunderstood or minimized.

Growing up, I saw how unaddressed trauma, anxiety, and depression affected individuals, families, and relationships. That experience inspired me to create a space where people feel comfortable seeking support and gaining the tools they need to heal and grow.

A Little About Me

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll likely find me with a good cup of coffee.

I’m naturally curious and enjoy understanding the bigger picture of people’s experiences. One of my favorite parts of therapy is helping clients recognize patterns that may be holding them back so they can move forward with greater awareness, confidence, and clarity.
